Nikki Eastwood
Hello, my name is Nikki and I'm based here in Kidderminster at Eastwood Osteopathy. I qualified from the College of Osteopaths with a Masters degree in Osteopathy and I'm passionate about helping people understand their injuries or pain, helping to explain how osteopathy can help us in our everyday lives and about getting people moving.
Using the underpinning principles of osteopathy, I use a combination of techniques throughout my treatments, which may include medical acupuncture and Kinesio taping to help you, and exercise prescription to support any manual therapy.
Osteopathy is suitable for people of all ages, and you'll find that it's not all about 'clicking' joints. I treat a wide range of people who all present with a variety of aches, pains and strains. For this reason I tailor my treatment to each individual patient to ensure you are part of the treatment plan, and are comfortable with the process.
I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and am a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

Medical Acupuncture:
Western medical acupuncture is an adaptation of Chinese acupuncture, and uses fine needles inserted into muscles to provide pain relief via stimulation of the nervous system. Western medical acupuncture is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal and myofascial pain, and can be used on its own or alongside osteopathic treatment such as soft tissue massage, articulation or manipulation.
